Project Brief
Audax knew the cost of exhibiting and wanted to work with a company who wanted to develop a partnership for numerous amount of expos and not just a one hit wonder. Managing Director, Adam Liardet, wanted a partnership with someone whom he could trust to organise things and keep informed throughout the whole process.
Audax needed a stand that clearly told visitors to an expo what they did and showcased their top body worn camera product. We needed a mater kit solution so the stand can be reconfigured to suit the different exhibitions already planned for 2019.
The Solution
Be Exhibitions produced a master kit stand that fit a 7x3m, 6x4m and 6x3m floor plan for the 4x shows booked for 2019. We worked on designing a stand that had minimal graphic reprints for various shows, making it cost effective for Audax. We produced a stand that focused on the product, making sure we meet Adam’s goal of not having anyone ask what it is that Audax do.
The Feedback
I ensured none of my employees had seen any images of the stand in advance of them arriving as I wanted to gauge their reaction. Was it worth it? Well, my team gave it a big thumbs up as did a number of visitors to the stand, so that is all the validation I needed.
We have built a level of trust where I know that what I want is delivered and I can concentrate on my business knowing Be Exhibitions will take care of their speciality.
